Position Overview:
The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 37 Years of experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter. Full Cycle Recruiterwill work with both candidates and clients. This allows you to control the success and deliver high quality professional and executivelevel candidates while advancing SEU

s brand across numerous markets and professional communities. A wide degree of creativity justintime and longterm recruiting vision business understanding and personal organization is required.
ResponsibilitiesIn addition to recruiting candidates for our existing clients our Recruiters develop new clients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers in the market to understand their companies

growth strategies and related hiring needs.

Manage the full cycle recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline Ongoing communication with hiring managers to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction driving continuous improvement initiatives Provide consultation to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions candidate availability salary benchmarksPartner with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs in order to effectively fill their open positionsUnder our guidance develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the mostqualified candidates for our clientsConduct confidential interviews of qualified candidatesPresent shortlisted candidates to clientsManage and facilitate the negotiation processDevelop and maintain longterm client and candidate relationshipsResearch and develop leads for future business developmentSkills & ExperienceExperience in a full cycle recruitment role from direct sourcing screening assessing/ interviewing and offering candidates either in an inhouse agency or RPO environmentExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organizationExperience recruiting internationallyStrong organization skills and the ability to delegate where applicable certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e.
