    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Manage relationship and ownership of a group of International EPC's & contractors for the full Schneider Electric Portfolio. Responsible for selling integrated solutions (that bring together both hardware and software products) to achieve revenue/sales targets. Involved in the direct sales process by managing new and existing accounts of regional, national, or strategic significance. Serves as a key point of contact between the client and the organization.
    Key customer relationships
    • Develop, hold, and nurture key customer relationships across your account portfolio in all, C-Level, Asset Management team, Operation & Maintenance teams, leverage these relationships to grow the business in offers.
    Network and entertain your customers to deepen these relationships.
    Informs clients of new integrated solutions offerings and recommends integrated solutions that suit client's business' needs. Projects bidding
    • Coordinates the preparation of bids documents and proposals.
    May conduct product demonstrations. example of integrated solutions - networking and systems integrations, hardware, and software system support, etc.
    Financial KPI's
    • Grow profitable sales within the Power Systems accounts by securing order targets and maximizing direct (& indirect) revenue.

    Work closely with our accounts for relationship building & gain a thorough understanding of their needs for the full suite of our different offers.

    Cross collaboration
    • Working closely with Offer Marketing Managers to monitor market changes and marketplace needs, competitor's products, and technology changes and accordingly building the account strategy, roadmap and qualify the respective offer in the account.
    Work closely with the Area Sales Managers & inside sales to close leads.
    Pipeline management
    • Run robust pipeline management across the own area and ensure a short , medium and long term view of projects for business & continuous monitor in SE system (bFO).
    Demonstrate offers expertise and conduct product/solution demonstrations & discussions to the accounts.


    Qualifications:

    Education preferred:
    Electrical Engineering degree.

    Minimum 7 years of experience of working as a High Performing Sales professional and as part of a High Performing Sales Teams.

    Strong influence and convincing skills.
    Excellent negotiation skillsHighly organised with good planning skillsGood understanding of the client's problems, technology and industry-specific knowledge is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as negotiation and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
    Strong experience of key account management of International EPC's.
    Strong experience in renewables and new energy landscape market.
