Job summary
Propose optimal ordering quantities to balance supplier costs storage capacity and working capital Monitor and control out-of-stock levels across distribution center assortments and take corrective actions Anticipate potential product expiries and implement mitigation actions to reduce waste Contribute to the development of the logistics strategic plan with senior management Provide inputs into demand forecasting and inventory planning processes Ensure effective implementation of replenishment procedures and system parameters Manage ordering delivery standards ensure compliance across operations Track supplier orders minimize lead times distribution centers Monitor supplier service levels conduct regular performance reviews with corrective action plans
