- Coordinate with government authorities (e.g. ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, Etisalat, etc.) for obtaining approvals and NOCs.
- Review and prepare drawings/documents required for submission to authorities.
- Follow up on approval status and ensure timely resolution of comments or requirements.
- Maintain updated records of submissions, approvals and correspondence with authorities.
- Liaise with consultants and project teams to ensure design and site compliance with authority standards.
- Support project management and site teams in resolving authority-related issues.
- Represent the company during authority inspections and meetings when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 24 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector (preferably building projects).
- Strong knowledge of authority approval processes and documentation requirements.
- Must have knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and updating drawings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
