**Position Overview:- Customer Service Representative**As a Customer Service Representative, where your focus on customer satisfaction will drive success. Responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, preparing reports and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in navigating products/services, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members and departments for a seamless customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Patience and professionalism in handling stressful situations.
- Detailoriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
Salary:
From AED1,500.00 per month
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
