**Position Overview:

  • Customer Service Representative**As a Customer Service Representative, where your focus on customer satisfaction will drive success. Responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, preparing reports and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in navigating products/services, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments for a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Patience and professionalism in handling stressful situations.
  • Detailoriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.

Salary:
From AED1,500.00 per month


Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
