Overview:


As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel packages, services, and products to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


Sales Generation:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, transportation services, and other tourism products to individual and corporate clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand clients' travel needs, preferences, and budgets to offer personalized travel solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research and Analysis:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and gather insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth coordination and execution of travel arrangements.

Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM systems or sales databases.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and decisionmaking.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused with a passion for travel and tourism.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and GDS software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
