Key Responsibilities:

Emergency Care: Provide immediate medical attention to injuries or illnesses on-site, including first aid and emergency response.

Occupational Health: Monitor the health of employees, focusing on prevention and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses.

Health Education: Conduct health awareness programs and training sessions for employees on topics such as first aid, workplace safety, and healthy living.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.

Health Assessments: Conduct pre-employment and periodic health assessments and screenings.

Collaboration: Work closely with safety officers to develop and implement health and safety protocols.

Crisis Management: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations or accidents, providing critical care and coordinating with external medical facilities as needed.


Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Additional certification in Occupational Health Nursing is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or factory setting.

Licensing: Valid nursing license from the UAE Ministry of Health or eligible for licensing.

Skills: Excellent first aid skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.


Salary:
Up to AED5,000.00 per month
