Description
1.Maintain productive work environment by approaching each employee individually


  • Visit company branches for face to face meeting with employees.
  • Take part in HR inductions for joining employees as well as conducting exit interviews
collect and analyze employee data


  • Employee background check and verifying information
  • Oversees employee orientation and training
  • Help work related queries and problems solving in the company
7.acting as a first contact between employees and the management

8.managing employees' complaints, and other problems and trying to solve it


Requirements:

Should be a Russian Speaker

Working knowledge of Hr. Process

Well versed with various labor laws

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR

Outstanding inter personal skills in dealing with employees both at junior and senior levels

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferably Western European(Female)
