Description
High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Certification or training in heavy equipment operation, specifically JCB backhoe loaders, is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a JCB operator or in a similar role, operating heavy machinery in construction or excavation projects.
  • Knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and instructions.
  • Strong handeye coordination and spatial awareness to maneuver equipment accurately and safely.
  • Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods and perform manual labor as needed.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required.
