Responsibilities:
- Receive and process work orders from clients and internal teams
- Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians to job sites as needed
- Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure that all work is completed on time
- Communicate with clients and technicians to provide updates on work orders and address any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of all work orders, including job details, technician assignments, and completion times
- Ensure that all work orders are properly documented and closed out in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and to address any concerns or issues that arise
- Continuously monitor and improve dispatch processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a dispatch or customer service role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of dispatch best practices and industry regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch software
Job Types:

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
