    We are seeking a driven, eager to learn and experienced Sales Executive who can contribute in design, execution and management of leads from introduction to purchase.

    This individual will also be involved in strategy sessions directly chaired by the Business Head hence opportunity for growth to upper management roles is rapid.

    This is part of a core startup position hence all tasks are performance based and extreme agility is required to management both time and KPIs.

    Responsibilities


    Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone and via chatsAsking questions to engage customers and find their needsListening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.

    Gathering and documenting customer information and share product awarenessMaintaining daily sales reportsMeeting monthly sales targets.
    Initiating sales from Referral ProgramVisiting customers and providing them with a thorough product knowledge.


    Qualifications / Requirements:
    Minimum 3 years Prior Experience of Sales In the Industry (Water Products for Homes and Offices or Technology based consumer products)Minimum Bachelors degreeExcellent fluency in EnglishCreative thinking skillsPrior experience in telephonic salesProven sales record and field experienceExcellent interpersonal and problem solving skillsThe ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills

    UAE valid driving license and personal transport is a mustMust be open to field visits and customer surveysMust be open to 50% travel (within the UAE)Experience in a technology startup is a plusCompetitive salary, perks and benefitsExcellent fluency in English (Arabic fluency is a plus)Must have a self-starter attitude and goal-oriented time management skills.

    Proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting formatsSalary Package will be in the range of AED 4,500 – 5,500 per month (excluding commissions)
