Responsibilities:


  • Generate new leads and actively prospect potential clients in government and private sectors, companies, event management companies, and other relevant industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the range of restaurant services offered.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor service offerings to meet their specific needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to secure new business deals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and culinary teams, to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the restaurant services department.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, certifications, and compliance requirements related to the restaurant services being offered.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on the latest industry developments to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant services, including catering, buffet, daily meals, and related offerings.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving winwin solutions.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools to track leads, manage contacts, and generate reports.
  • Willingness to attend industry events as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
AED7,000.00 per month

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE driving license (preferred)
