Job Qualifications:_

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting with previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • English Language is mandatory, other languages are an asset.
  • Minimum 23 years of Credit Insurance Service Experience.
  • Knowledge of Accounting practices and proficiency in Financial/Accounting Software.

Job Scope and Responsibilities_: _

  • Responsible for managing the accounting between NGI and Business Partners.
  • Issue and administer all Credit Insurance Policies.
  • Claims registration, indemnification, and recovery.
  • Issuing accounting documents related to premiums, credit limit charges and other related documents.
  • Ensuring that Policy documents are complete including policy holder's signature.
  • Record keeping om Credit Insurance Systems.
  • Maintain Ageing Reports, sending Donnings and Statement of Accounts.
  • Knowledge of Invoicing.
  • Communicating with brokers and external business partners.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
Insurance Accounting: 3 years (required)


License/Certification:

  • ACCA (preferred)
