Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BPO) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Business Development Manager (BPO) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.
The Business Development Manager (BPO) will also be responsible for managing and growing the current client base, developing and executing marketing plans, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
