- Coordinate and manage theovernight operations of the hotel whilst enhancing the guestexperience – every guest, every interaction, everyday.
- Be proactive and resourceful whenattending to guest requests.
- Take initiative toensure that interactions with our customers are positive andproductive.
- Have the necessary skills andtraining to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented bycustomers.
- Perform the night auditfunction.
- Responsibility for the health andsafety of all patrons, guests and staff members.
- Previous 1-year of work experience asa Night Manager in a reputed hotel in UAE, preferably Arabicspeaker
- Relevant Night Audit experience in thehotel industry
- Guest obsessed focus with theability to flex in a fast paced and ever changingenvironment
- Ability to navigate through changeand provide quick thinking solutions should problemsarise
- Clear and confident communication skills– both written and verbal
- Knowledgeof Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Operacloud
