    • Coordinate and manage theovernight operations of the hotel whilst enhancing the guestexperience – every guest, every interaction, everyday.
    • Be proactive and resourceful whenattending to guest requests.
    • Take initiative toensure that interactions with our customers are positive andproductive.
    • Have the necessary skills andtraining to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented bycustomers.
    • Perform the night auditfunction.
    • Responsibility for the health andsafety of all patrons, guests and staff members.

    Qualifications

    • Previous 1-year of work experience asa Night Manager in a reputed hotel in UAE, preferably Arabicspeaker
    • Relevant Night Audit experience in thehotel industry
    • Guest obsessed focus with theability to flex in a fast paced and ever changingenvironment
    • Ability to navigate through changeand provide quick thinking solutions should problemsarise
    • Clear and confident communication skills– both written and verbal
    • Knowledgeof Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Operacloud
