We are currently seeking an accomplished Project Manager tospearhead design initiatives in the region. The successfulcandidate will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projectswith a specific emphasis on Abu Dhabi and will be responsible foroverseeing the delivery of our multidisciplinary WSPteams.

As a Project Manager you will beentrusted with the leadership and execution of design projects inthe transportation and infrastructure sector. Your role willinvolve managing a diverse range of projects across the Middle Eastwith a key focus on delivering exceptional outcomes in Abu Dhabi.Your experience in project management particularly in the MiddleEast will be crucial to ensuring the success of our endeavors.Familiarity with master planning is highly advantageous and youwill be responsible for orchestrating the efforts of ourmultidisciplinary WSP team.

ProjectLeadership:

• Spearhead theplanning execution and successful delivery of design projects intransportation and infrastructure.
• Providestrategic guidance to ensure projects meet objectives deadlines andbudgetary requirementMiddle EastExpertise:
• Leverage your extensivebackground in project management within the Middle East to navigateregional challenges and foster strong clientrelationships.
• Oversee project compliance withlocal regulations and industry standards.
• Abu Dhabi Focus:
• Direct efforts towards projects based in Abu Dhabiensuring alignment with client expectations and localconsiderations.
• Collaborate closely withstakeholders in Abu Dhabi to optimize project outcomes.
• Master PlanningIntegration:
• Apply your expertise inmaster planning to enhance the design process and overall projectsuccess.
• Collaborate with the WSP team tointegrate master planning principles into multidisciplinaryprojects.
• TeamManagement:
• Lead and motivate themultidisciplinary WSP team ensuring collaboration efficiency andhighquality deliverables.
• Foster a positiveteam culture that encourages innovation and excellence.

• Bachelors degree inCivil Engineering Architecture or a related field. Masters degreeis a plus.
• 10 years minimum professionalexperience.
• Proven track record in projectmanagement within the transportation and infrastructure sector withsignificant experience in the Middle East.
• Experience in conceptual design detailed design andworking within large multidisciplinary design teams.
• Experience in master planning is highlyadvantageous.
• Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with amultidisciplinary team effectively.
• Abu Dhabiexperience.
