- Massage body, using techniques askneading, rubbing and stroking to stimulate blood circulation,relax contracted muscles or to relieve otherconditions
- Administer steam or dry heat,ultraviolet, infrared or water treatments on request ofcustomer
- Provide directions to clients inactivities such as reducing or remedialexercises
- Record treatments furnished tocustomers
- Ensure that treatment rooms are tidyand all the items available e.g. towels, candles, oils,etc.
- Aware of how to make reservation formassage and other treatment packages
- Performduties in a professional manner to the full satisfaction of theguests
- Understand the club facilities and theprice of memberships
- Observe high standards ofpersonal hygiene
