Description

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients interested in buying or selling properties.

Provide expert advice to clients on the real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

Actively seek new business through networking, referrals, and other creative means.

Conduct property viewings and presentations, showcasing properties' features and benefits.

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


Requirements:

Proven track record of (2 years minimum UAE ) in real estate sales, such as residential, commercial, luxury properties, etc.].

Strong understanding of UAE's real estate landscape, market dynamics, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Valid UAE driving license.
