Responsibilities:


  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to introduce them to our educational programs, discuss their educational goals and interests, and provide information about program offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment processes.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various lead sources and databases to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential students interested in our programs.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of prospective students, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of our educational programs.
  • Objection Handling: Address objections, concerns, and questions raised by prospective students regarding program offerings, admissions criteria, tuition costs, financial aid options, and career outcomes.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for prospective students to speak with admissions counselors or attend information sessions, campus tours, or virtual events.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular followup with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, provide additional information, answer questions, and facilitate enrollment decisions.
  • CRM Management: Ensure accurate and uptodate recording of all interactions with prospective students, lead statuses, and appointment outcomes in CRM or sales management systems.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and revenue goals through proactive outbound calling and effective lead management strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with admissions team members, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices through ongoing training, professional development, and feedback mechanisms to enhance sales effectiveness and performance.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of tele sales experience, education industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and establish trust over the phone.
  • Customercentric mindset with a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
  • Resultsoriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for outreach campaigns and events.

Pay:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras alKhaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
