Accounts Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Making purchase comparison sheet,
- MRV entries into the system.
- Recording of all the general expenses into the system and allocate the expenses to each cost center.
- Maintaining the stock issuance in the tally. Helps to improve the stock levels of the material to increase the efficiency of purchase.
- Prepare the maintenance request. Followup of the request allocating the expenses and cost associated with each request.
- Employee management by looking into their visa expiry, renewal/cancellation, annual leave getting approval and process to the PRO.
- Prepare consignments reports with the help of site super visors.
Accounts Assistant Qualifications / Skills:

- General math skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachiller Degree
- Not required
Salary:
AED2, AED2,400.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
