Accounts Assistant Job Responsibilities:


  • Making purchase comparison sheet,
  • MRV entries into the system.
  • Recording of all the general expenses into the system and allocate the expenses to each cost center.
  • Maintaining the stock issuance in the tally. Helps to improve the stock levels of the material to increase the efficiency of purchase.
  • Prepare the maintenance request. Followup of the request allocating the expenses and cost associated with each request.
  • Employee management by looking into their visa expiry, renewal/cancellation, annual leave getting approval and process to the PRO.
  • Prepare consignments reports with the help of site super visors.

  • Bachiller Degree
  • Not required

Salary:
AED2, AED2,400.00 per month
