- In collaboration with product team, projectmanagers, It solutions managers, assists in translating businessneeds into technical implementations in line with the architecturalprinciples laid down for ISA products.
- Supports intesting and implementation of technical solutions, assists inreviewing technical documentation, user guides, training manuals,and system specifications to ensure quality, compliance andcompleteness
- Assists in reviewing or giving feedback onspecifications and information of the architectural design providedby product team.
- Supports in identifying the technicaltools and languages needed for the design execution in line withthe adopted technical and quality standards
- Ensures theUser Interfaces used for the product are in line with requirementsand rightly implemented.
- Assists in implementing bestpractices, new trends, and emerging technologies that bring bestvalue to ISA clients,partners with crossfunctional teams toexplore ways and means to adopt such technologies.
- Ensures agreed service levels are met; provides needed statusreports to specialists, users, and managers as needed
- Acts pro actively to ensure continuous knowledge sharing within ISAto empower other team members.
- Maintains effectiveworking relationships with a variety of stakeholders, includingproject managers, product, operations, governance and enterprisedevelopment teams
- Participates in thinking anddecisionmaking with respect to technology to the best ofISA
- Performs any other additional responsibilities asdirected by the line manager.
