- Serve as the subject matter expert ofcustomer onboarding, providing centralized focus on acceleratingsales resulting from new businessdeals.
- Develop the Win Ramp program inaccordance with the expanded business requirements and own theprogram end-to-end including having organizational accountabilityto ramp outcomes.
- Drive internal Win Rampmeetings for targeted strategic customer programs, facilitatingcross-functional team support and warranting accountability ofaction-owners.
- Provide centralized, strategicoversight of newly-won customer programs to ensure successful,swift ramps - including programs that are generated through Sales(BD/AM), digital tools (Partner Portals), and strategicpartnerships (GPO/marketplace).
- Contribute tovarious business programs, such as Deal Strategy, with relevantinsights alongside Sales Engineering & Customer Successleadership.
- Lead the development of the eCommPlaybook, working closely with Sales Engineering leadership,various internal stakeholders, andSME-contributors.
- Serve up actionable insightsand recommendations in accordance with the Playbook throughout thecustomer lifecycle - offering strategic guidance to optimize newcustomer setups as well as solutioning to reduce complexity forexisting programs.
- Serve as a subject matterexpert on Staples' program & eCommerce offeringsand capabilities to build customer programs, offering directsupport to Sales and internalstakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with keyinternal partners, including Marketing, Digital, and Transformationteams, to execute the capabilities roadmap and go-to-marketstrategy.
- Strong business acumen and solidunderstanding of sales and marketing strategies and metrics,including CRM or business intelligence systems (e.g. Salesforce,PowerBI, Tableau.)
- Strong analytical andtechnical skills, identifying trends/patterns/correlations, and theability to extract actionable insights to drive businessdecisions.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in order to liaise effectively withstakeholders in Sales, Operations, Marketing, and executiveleadership.
- 6+ years' experience in asales role or similar
- Strong Sales and businessacumen

- Bachelor'sdegree
- Industry knowledge (e.g. eProcurement,business services, supply chain) - to understand market dynamicsthat impact sales performance.
