    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations for management and the Board of Directors. Focus on analyzing business performance, various divisions, variance analysis, and key drivers.
    • Review General Ledgers (GLs) and supporting schedules prepared by the operations team for accuracy and compliance with IFRSs and IASs.
    • Proficiently handle Chart of Accounts, mapping, and the preparation of Excel and PowerPoint reports and models related to P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and capex for management reporting.
    • Possess knowledge and practical experience in IFRS, including the ability to prepare accounting memos on accounting treatment.
    • Hands-on experience in preparing complete financial statements in accordance with IFRS for large entities.
    • Engage with both external and internal auditors, participating in discussions related to audit observations and issues.
    • Prepare quarterly, bi-annual, and annual cash flow and P&L forecasts in Excel, collaborating with business units and extracting data from the ERP system based on accurate assumptions.
    • Develop and maintain various business reports, financial models, and standard templates for subsidiary financial and operational requirements.
    • Coordinate with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams for closing matters, reviews, and reconciliations, addressing day-to-day coordination issues.
    • Apply financial analysis tools and concepts, including rate of return, working capital, investments, cost analysis, and financial performance comparisons, to provide practical guidance to business managers.
    • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various departments, department heads, and teams across the organization.

    TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

    • Knowledge of and ability to apply international accounting standards and ERP systems
    • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to internal controls
    • Good analytical skills
    • Vigilant and detail oriented
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong time management capabilities

    QUALIFICATION

    • Professional accounting qualification e.g. CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA is must (full or partial)
