Recruiting an Area Sales Manager for Abu Dhabi Region with a minimum of 8 years experience in Sales, 5 in a team leading position in the area of Abu Dhabi.

Experience in Oil and Gaz is a plus.

The Area Sales Manager who is ideally a resident of Abu Dhabi will:

• Lead a team of 10-12 sales consultants.
• Monitor on daily basis the sales team daily activities, schedules, KPIs' progress etc.
• Hold Daily team meetings/calls.
• Go on field visits with the sales consultants.
• Follow up on collection with sales consultants and customers.
• Follow up on the accuracy of routeplanning of the sales consultants.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
