    We are looking for an EUC Computing Engineer (L2) tosupport the business in achieving its strategic objectives. TheEnd-user Computing Engineer (L2) is in the mid-level position inthe EUC Engineers job family and is proactive in identifying,investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems andrestoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution.Their primary objective is to ensure zero missed service levelagreement conditions.

    In this role youwill:

    • Respond to userrequests for service; troubleshoot incidents and problems, developsolutions; make minor repairs to equipment and arrange for otherservice needs as appropriate
    • Able totroubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops and tablets
    • Knowledge of AD, AAD & Windows 10,11
    • Inventory Management
    • Deskside and white glove support experience
    • Knowledge of Intune would be a big plus.
    • Manage the day-to-day incidents and servicerequests resolving them promptly utilizing the ITSM tool of record
    • Install and support Microsoft Officeapplications and Office 365 software and additional approved, asneeded, software
    • Perform basic PC, network,and mobility troubleshooting
    • Support withcreating, editing, and maintaining user accounts, permissions, andpasswords in Office365/Azure.
    • Ability to workwith Service Delivery and L3 Senior Engineers to solve theincident/request and interpret complex solutions and fixes.
    • Ability to identify problems and proactivelysuggest ways to improve processes as applicable
    • Contribute to Knowledge Base content in linewith writing styles and contentguidelines
    • Create / Maintain / appropriate UserGuides and publish updates as needed

    The skills wewould love to see in your suitcase

    • Diploma or Degree in engineering, computerscience, or scientific discipline from a recognized university orcollege. MCSE/CCNA.
    • Good working knowledge inMicrosoft modern workplace and O365.
    • Must havegood knowledge of Azure AD and relatedtechnologies.
    • Good knowledge of networkconcepts (e.g., TCPIP, Windows/Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet)Specialist technical experience, ideally within a Desktop supportrole of which at least 2 years must be in a support role.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience providing onsiteand/or remote technical support to end-users in PC and Macenvironments.
    • ITIL Foundation. Experience,Skills and Behavioural Requirements
    • Ability towork in a team environment or independently.
    • Provides resolutions to a variety of technicalproblems of moderate scope and complexity.
    • Communicates clearly with technical andnon-technical audiences, both verbally and written.
    • Strong organizational and multi-taskingskills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks among manycompeting requests.
    • Professional attitude anddemeanour.
    • Skilled at setting priorities tocomplete tasks/projects within scheduled timeframes.
    • Strong analytical skills for effectivetroubleshooting and problem-solving.
    • Contributes to projects and milestones as perthe needs of the business.
