Description

We are Looking for Inventory Manager in our club who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, ensuring accurate inventory levels, optimizing stock availability, and minimizing stockouts.

He will be good in Accounts. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with prior experience in managing inventory within the club industry. A non-alcoholic lifestyle is preferred due to our company's commitment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and stockouts.

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate purchase orders are placed to meet inventory needs.

Manage inventory data and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for inventory planning and forecasting.

Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Analyze inventory trends, sales data, and market demand to make informed inventory management decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to align inventory strategies with business objectives.

Implement and improve inventory forecasting methods to enhance accuracy and reduce lead times.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient handling, storage, and transportation of inventory.

Monitor and manage product expiration dates to minimize waste and ensure product quality.

Implement and maintain inventory reporting systems to provide accurate and timely information to management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes and systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as an Inventory Manager in the club industry is required.

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, procedures, and best practices.

Familiarity with inventory management software and systems; experience with [insert relevant software] is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
