We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisor at a pre-opening sweet shop at Dubai Airport.


About the Role:

You'll be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales targets. You'll greet customers, answer questions about our products, and offer expert advice to help them find what they need.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of the shop products and be able to recommend suitable items to customers.
  • Assist customers in locating products and answer any questions they may have.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Handling all discounts and price changes.
  • Unloading and unpacking store deliveries as well as attaching price tags to all shop products.
  • Maintain the shop floor by keeping shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a sales advisor in an airport
  • Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or relevant software programs).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay:
AED7,000.00 per month
