KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Drive L&S pipeline and business performance visibility:

Performance analytics supporting squads (CRM)
Gather market information
Connecting Country, Finance, Sales, Operations to ensure smooth flow of information and data control
Drive sales performance governance
Drive discipline around sales operations (pipeline quality, conversion, etc.)

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and ability to communicate data
Able to ask/challenge the right questions to support the Country MD and Commercial teams in its strategic choices/performance data
Have a strong "data first" / customer centric mindset
Ability to develop stakeholder management skills, sound collaboration and communication skills
Change management mindset

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science/Analytics/Computing or others in related field
Strong stakeholder engagement skills in conjunction with building relationships with key stakeholders
Competent in computer skills particularly in MS Excel
Customer service oriented and team player
Fluency in written and spoken English and ideally Arabic
