Description
Implement and management of solutions for issues that affect the efficacy of the system.Training of team members in appropriate protocols and processes for handling issues and performing tasks.
Administration of active directory users and computers of the organization. Office management software implementation and support.
Operating system implementation, maintenance and support.
Maintenance and support of organization's intranet.
Upkeep of system documentation and logs.
Work with field personnel or customers to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Assist with program installation or configuration.
Examine program documentation for technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Maintain IT Logs & Maintain Server
