A&A Associate LLC, a leading company in Dubai, is seeking an immediate hire for the position of Business Development Manager/Executive with expertise in Accounting, Audit & Tax.

If you have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UAE and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, this opportunity is for you


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market for accounting, audit, and tax services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding sales Targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting, audit, and tax regulations in the UAE

Requirements:


  • Minimum 23 years of experience in the Accounting, Audit & Tax field in the UAE
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and targetdriven mindset
  • Knowledge of UAE accounting, audit, and tax regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
