We are looking for a self-starter to join our Emerging Countries Customer Fulfillment (ECCF) GOLD Team as a L&D Business Partner, supporting the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region.

We work backward from business development needs through deep dives and critical analysis of our talent movements.

The L&D Business Partner will support development of MENA leaders across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates - from first-time leaders to leaders of leaders.

Amazon fulfillment centers, sort centers, and delivery stations encompass a dynamic and challenging environment.

You will be very close to the action and spend time on the warehouse floor with the teams who make our fulfillment operations great.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders (e.g. Site Leaders, Operations Managers) to understand their learning needs and ensure targeted solution development. Dive in to quickly learn about learners' goals and challenges, their work environment, how they walk (fast) and how they talk (straightforward).
  • Own the endtoend development and execution of learning interventions across multiple business lines/regions.
  • Leverage science and data driven approaches to design and deploy learning and performance solutions. Use rapid design and distribution methods (virtual, classroom, blended and multimedia) that best suit business needs and which tangibly and positively impact performance.
  • Manage, interpret and analyze business data to report conclusions and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement and evaluation plans.
  • Select, design and deploy appropriate mechanisms to measure learning impact.

No two days are ever the same in this team, as you'll be leading various programs and projects, and engaging with key stakeholders throughout the network in MENA.

Dubai, ARE

  • Masters' in Education, Research, and/or Data Sciences
  • Qualified/certified in a variety of psychometric instruments
  • Experience with Experimental Design & Research
  • Experience creating elearning content or using LMS tools such as Capstone
  • Experience in Operations
