Job Description for account manager
developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

This position may require occasional travel.


Responsibilities:


  • Account manager responsibilities include developing longterm relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers liaise between customers and crossfunctional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients. Responsible for leading a team of Account executives dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to head of a unit/department.
  • If you are familiar with digital marketing especially in influencer marketing have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we would like to meet you.

Requirements:


  • Marketing background is required
  • Proven 5+ years of marketing experience with agency background desirable, or relevant role in Advertising industry
  • Deep understanding the Digital marketing, measurement and analytics, Influencer marketing and social networks
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in delivering results and solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent listening, negotiation, documentation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and help desk support software

Pay:
AED4, AED8,000.00 per month
