    Description
    • Greet customer in the shop andunderstand the requirement asking relevant questions. Understandand offer our products or services.
    • Prepare andissue the Repair Orders (RO) updating customer details into thedatabase system; Describe customers' requirements in thejob card, determine the charge of service and products and gettingit approved from customer
    • Assign the job toavailable technician and ensure the jobs are completed in giventime frame without compromising qualitystandard.
    • Collect cash payments from customersand make change or charge purchases to customers' creditcards and provide customers withreceipts
    • Monitor the workshop floor and ensurefranchiser standard operating procedures are adhered and effectivemanagement of the technicians
    • Answer phonecalls and emails pertaining to sales and service queries orconcerns in professional manners by acting as first point ofcontact and address their queries.
    • Motivate theworkshop team and maintain high morale to achieve highest level ofservice to customers
    • Ensure safety and otherregulations are followed as per requirement of theauthorities.
    • Ensure workshop tools / equipmentare maintained for efficient running of theworkshop.
    • Develop and maintain filing systemsso as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and providenecessary information to the financedepartment
    • Monitor and review sales performanceversus the set targets of branches and proactively address problemsin order to ensure consistent targetsachievement;
    • Provide sales status reports(daily, weekly, monthly) as may be required by the Sales Manager toensure necessary actions aretaken;
    • Periodically analyze and update goodsmovement trends in shop and replenish with fresh stock in order tooptimize inventory and minimize cost
    • Complywith the company QMS requirements
