JOBDESCRIPTION:

• TheDevelopment family is responsible for creating, designing,deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and softwaresolutions.
  
• Thismay include research, new development, prototyping, modification,reuse, re-engineering, maintenance, or any other activities relatedto software products used internally or externally on productplatforms supported by thefirm.
  
• Thesoftware development process requires in-depth subject matterexpertise in existing and emerging development methodologies,tools, and programming languages. Software Developers work closelywith business partners and/or external clients in definingrequirements and implementingsolutions.
  
• TheUI / UX role specializes in planning, designing, developing, andtesting user interfaces and user experience components for allproducts, platforms, solutions, and tools for thefirm.
  
• Providesuser experience design, usability, evaluation, and testingexpertise to product development teams, including the analysis,investigation, and selection of applications and methods to enhanceuser interaction through look, feel process flow, and choice ofresponsiveelements
  
• Performstechnical review of the proposed design and product changes forfeasibility, integration with existing technical architectures andsystems, and alignment with desired user experience and designstandards.
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadneeded technical processes and designs considering reliability,data integrity, maintainability, reuse, extensibility, usability,andscalability
  
• Collaboratewith Infrastructure partners to identify and deploy optimal hostingenvironments
  
• Definescalability and performance criteria for assignedapplications
  
• Ensurethe application meets the performance, privacy, and securityrequirements
  
• Tuneapplication performance to eliminate and reduceissues
  
• Verifytest plans to ensure compliance with performance and securityrequirements
  
• Supportbusiness and technical presentations concerning technologyplatforms and businesssolutions
  
• Mitigaterisk by following established procedures and monitoringcontrols
  
• Helpdevelop solutions that balance cost and delivery while meetingbusinessrequirements
  
• implementtechnology-specific best practices that are consistent withcorporatestandards
  
• Partnerwith cross-functional teams to ensure the success of productstrategy and projectdeliverables
  
• Managethe software developmentprocess

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelorsdegree in a technical discipline or relatedfield
  
• Minimumof 8+ years of relatedexperience
