UK BG, Baldan Group was founded over 40 years ago in Italy, and has now expanded its market to UAE. We are now the World's only Company with a USP like no other with trusted Beauty and Medical devices, skincare products related to Aesthetics and wellness.


We are seeking a talented Sales Agent to represent our Company in Abu Dhabi, with relevant experience in the beauty industry (B2B) and a proven track record.


As a Sales representative you will be responsible for your assigned Territory to achieve sales objectives and goals to reach KPIs.

You will have to directly implement sales and promotional material to businesses within the Industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Using our Sales strategy approach Doctors, Salon Owners, Clinic owners, slimming centers and Spas, whilst creating a strong relationship with the key decision makers. We are seeking the Agent who wants to treat this role as their own business and think outside the box.
  • Reach monthly KPIs.
  • Cold calling and door to door prospecting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or life science background
  • Minimum 23 years in relative field sales.
  • English & Arabic speaking
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Full Training will be provided, on-going support from the Country Manager.

Possible visits to Milan (Italy) through the role.

Competitive commissions on top of basic salary will be provided.
