Description

Reports to the Rooms Division Manager and responsible for the Housekeeping operation of the property.

Regularly trains the Housekeeping staff to ensure maximum guest standards and satisfaction are achieved.

Maintains the highest standards of sanitation, safety, comfort and aesthetics, which shall include guest rooms, public areas and specified back-of-the-house areas and public areas.

Takes control of the Housekeeping Department.

Manages, supervises, trains all the Housekeeping staff.

Responsible to check, supervise and co-ordinate the services of all Housekeeping Attendants and Supervisors in his/her assign area and ensure that these services are available at all times and are also carried out efficiently.

As a responsible HODs, attends briefings, and other meetings where the presence of the Head of Housekeeping department is required

Maintains and prepares the Budget for the entire Housekeeping department

Handles all operational issues of the Housekeeping department and reports any significant factors relating to the guest standards to the Management

Carries periodical and regular checks of all the areas in the property.

Assignments to be given by the Management as directed.
