Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets in the African region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to prospective clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Continuously strive for professional development and improvement through training, mentorship, and self-learning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the Pharmacies / Medical products distribution in hospital / clinics within the African market.
- Fluent in French and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers at all levels.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices, including consultative selling and solutionbased selling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the African region as needed.
- Knowledge of additional African languages and cultures is a plus.

AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
