- Developing a strategy to engage,retain and re-engage customers during key milestones of thecustomer lifecycle segments.
- Creation andrunning of email, in-app and push notifications; assisting incopywriting, email design and user performance of all C2C and B2Ccampaigns
- A/B Testing and optimizing CLMcampaigns with strategic content, frequency and audiencevariations
- Working closely with all teams tounderstand the customer base through insight segmentation and dataanalysis
- Leading new product features, testingside by side with Product managers and leveraging email marketing& push notifications
- IncreaseCLM's traffic & engagement contribution, whilemaintaining the high quality of relevant and personalizedmessaging.
- Constantly analysing data to planstrategies and execute campaigns.
- Audiencebuilding, segmentation and testing
- Projectmanagement and help BI/Tech teams with API basedcampaigns
- Bachelor's degree or BSCfrom a reputable university
- 3 – 5years of experience in a similarfield
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing& advance CLM tools
- Practical knowledgeof digital platforms and some of the CLM tools; Braze, Airship,Lean Plum, Accoustic, Moengage, Twillio, Sendgrid, and SendinBlue(experience with at least one email automationplatform)
- Understanding of web analytics(experience with Google Analytics ispreferred)
- Strong understanding of currentonline marketing concepts, strategies, and bestpractices
- Strong critical thinking, technical,and data analysis skills
- Strong skills in MSOffice Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sharpstrategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative &qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketingstrategy
- Self – motivated &willing to take on newchallenges
