Description
Maintain and update rental agreement files, contract and notify customer of overdue
rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return, and process rental
extensions.

  • Reports to the MD and able to provide secretarial duties.
  • Submit daily and EOD report to the group.
  • Listed down and remind MD all his timeline schedules and due dates.
  • Provide excellent customer service in completing car rental orders and offering additional offers.
  • Monitor data entries in car rentals CRM portal system, TARS, Salik, Traffic Fines.
  • Sales coordination, tracking and followup sales lead, assist with ordering process with required documents such LPO to B2B and other company agreement.
  • Responsible of monitoring sales and performance as well as data records.
  • Daily monitoring of Sales and Expenses.

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
