- Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing within the Operations Research team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Apply advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges related to missile system operations.
- Continuously work to optimize the performance and efficiency of Operations Research software, identifying opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
- Minimum: 5 years of experience in Operations Research or a related technical field with a demonstrated proficiency in programming and analytics. Expertise in Python, C++, Matlab, and Full System Simulation. Strong understanding of missile systems and their operational principles
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience in the defense or aerospace industry. Demonstrated contributions to successful Operations Research projects or simulations.
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Preferred: Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Programing or a related field

Job Summary:
We are actively seeking an accomplished engineer to fill the role of Senior Engineer - Operations Research (OR), a pivotal position within the Operations Research function of the System Design department. This role places a strong emphasis on being a key technical expert, requiring proficiency in programming languages and a profound understanding of operations research analytics.
