    Description

    Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor of Science degree from anaccredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology(includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry,physics, mathematics, data science, or computerscience
    • Experience in the design and test ofintegrated circuits
    • Experience utilizinghigh-performance microelectronics test equipment (prober, powersupply, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer,etc.)
    • Experience developing and implementingautomated test strategies
    • Experience leadingteams or complex projects

    PreferredQualifications (DesiredSkills/Experience):

    • 5+ years work experience or anequivalent combination of education andexperience
    • 10+ years of related work experienceor an equivalent combination of education andexperience
    • Experience defining and overseeinglab construction to optimize capability and testing throughputbased on current and future programrequirements
    • Experience with characterizationand test of microelectronics for extreme environments (cryogenicand high temp, radiation, etc.)
    • Experience withdesign-for-test strategies and circuitdesign
    • Understanding of IC development flow andtools from device-level modelling and library development;chip-level requirements, architecture, design, and verification;foundry interface and fabrication; and final characterization andtest.
    • Experience working on large-scale SoCdesign teams
    • Understanding of semiconductordevice physics
    • Understanding of commercialsemiconductor fabrication process technologies, including standardCMOS, SOI, SiGe, and GaN.
    • Experience supportingproposals (technical, cost, and schedule) with test strategies andplans
    • Experience supporting military programsincluding engagement with customers
    • Activesecurity clearance

    TypicalEducation/Experience:

    Associate(Level 2):

    Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced technical education from anaccredited course of study in engineering, computer science,mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2or more years' related work experience or an equivalentcombination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). Inthe USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although notrequired, accreditation standard.
