    Keyrequirements

    • Providesupport in the strategy and development of comprehensive contractsolutions with customers with Honeywell install base.
    • Manages the daytoday business andstrategies:
    • Maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service andstrategic account planning; quarterly results and longterm accountgoals;
    • Identifies newsales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative supportby building value propositions for solutions into the account.
    • Manage and buildcustomer contacts serving as the customers ambassador trustedadvisor and advocate.
    • Focal point for customer relationship account sales plans proposalscontract negotiations etc.
    • Drives sales campaign and Business strategicinitiatives.
    • Plan foraccount growth in the long term
    • Leverages and marshals cross functional companyresources to address customers drivers and initiatives in aconsultative manner.
    • Guides and leverages management and executive sponsor interactionswith the customer;
    Leads peers by influenceto ensure coordination and support to pursue orders.

    Key skills andqualifications

    • Bachelorsdegree in engineering preferably withElectrical/Electronics/Instrumentation background.
    • Minimum 5 years experience inInstrumentation/Automation sales in O & G Petrochemical.Proven track record of success in similar business environment.
    • Proven track recordin managing Key O&G Customers in the region is amust.
    • Proven trackrecord in Channel Management
    • Technical expertise on FIXED GAS Detection productsFIXED GAS PRODUCT knowledge is a must.
    • Experienced in operating as a salesperson inan international highly matrix organization; multicountrymanagement experience is a must.
    • Experienced in maneuvering through complex process withpolitical agility and savvy
    • Commercial excellence and Sales management through CRM(Salesforce)
    • Experienced in complex selling including early engagement in thecustomer buying cycle at senior levels building longterm strategicand executive relationships team selling and opportunityplanning.
    • UnderstandKey process and economic drivers to develop valued customerpartnership in control and business solutions (system integratorsEPC etc.)
    • Goodknowledge of our customers businesses and drivers
    • Financial and businessacumen
    • Account/ChannelManagement ability to use market and marketing data to buildsuccessful accounts plans.
    • Good knowledge of commercial terms EPC contractT&Cs etc.
    • Bechampion of Sales Process and Disciplines.
