    Experience on #SaaS applications – Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud), Oracle Marketing Cloud (#eloqua ).

    Exposure to development of other Freezone modules like Customer Service, Registration, Leasing, Licensing & ADMIN in CX Cloud can be deciding factor for selection or this role.

    Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud.

    Proficiency #groovy Scripting MUST.Working knowledge in #VBCS, ICS components is a mustKnowledge of #CPQ, #Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be an added advantageStrong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.

    Understanding of Cloud Architecture.

    Should have knowledge on #datamigration .Hands-on Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (B2C Service) – Third party application integration leveraging #SOAP/ #REST APIs.

    Responsible for Customer Production Support, tracking-incidents, replication, troubleshooting and resolution of critical production calls.
    Change managementProficient in Groovy Scripting, Mobile and Outlook Integration and Object Customization.
    Should be able to build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates.
    Integrations and Extension to #PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and #errorhandling )Experience in Fusion#CRMBI Dashboards and#otbiAnalytics Cloud.
    Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle #cpq is an advantage.
    Should have hands on experience in Third party application integration leveraging #SOAP/ #REST APIs.
    Should have hands on experience on ICS and IDCS cloud and its integration components
