We are looking for an Executive Secretary with 5 years working experience in Social Media Marketing. She will be responsible for facilitating communications within the office and fielding interactions with the public. Her duties include answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings, and providing personalized support for other employees.She will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information and monitoring/handling the social media accounts of the company.

Experience:
