Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Sharjah.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team to maintain and develop a longterm relationship with clients through identifying and interpreting their requirements with a consultative sales approach.
  • Create client quotations; check tender documentations and assist our Directors of Sales with managing client accounts.
  • Administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting,
  • Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • Follow up all inquiries; prepare quotations and related documents for new and existing customers.
  • Record progress of all customer inquiries. Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
  • Generate lists of prospects/contacts and contact them by following standard operating procedures.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming calls for information.
  • Contract bookings and assist sales team in the execution of sales processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Three to four years experience as sales coordinator.
  • Strong business mindset to identify sales opportunities in the terms of customer requirements, competition etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Dynamic, charismatic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
  • Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.
