Description

• Drive the company's financial planning and formulate financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Perform comprehensive risk management analysis of the organization's liabilities and investments.
• Make informed decisions on investment strategies, considering cash and liquidity risks.
• Control and assess the organization's fundraising plans and manage the capital structure effectively.
• Ensure the adequacy of cash flow for the smooth operation of the organization.
• Supervise all finance personnel including controllers, treasurers, etc.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize financial partnerships.
• Prepare accurate and reliable current and forecasting reports for strategic decisionmaking.
• Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and the company's policies.
• Lead and manage a team of Financial Controllers and financial analysts.

• Native Arabic Speaker
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in a CFO or relevant executive financial role
• Indepth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in using MS Office and financial management software.
• Ability to strategize and solve complex financial problems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a diverse finance team effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a comfort level in dealing with numerical data.
• CPA certification is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field; an advanced degree such as MSc/MBA is a plus.
• CPP (Certified Protection Professional) Certification is preferred.
