Overview:


The TR Associate Manager is expected to Support in developing & Delivering AMESA's Wellness and benefits strategy in order for Pepsico to become the employer of choice in AMESA.

Further, to drive execution of the compensation and benefits related ongoing initiatives in Sector HQ, HR system management for Sector HQ Population.


Responsibilities:


Wellness and Benefits:


  • Support in developing AMESA's Wellness and benefits strategy.
  • The role would support in AMESA benefits COE agenda, driving flexibility and personalization of TR offerings across AMESA Countries
  • Lead activation on corporate driven projects on wellness at Sector / BU Level e.g. Move for Good for AMESA, Mental Wellness Month, Women Fertility, nudge, etc.
  • Partner with the Wellness AMESA lead in creating and executing 12 sector led wellness projects
  • Partner with corporate benefits and wellness teams on periodic reviews of wellness programs
  • Support in creating & governing a framework for Benefits and Wellness across AMESA

HQ Accountabilities:


  • 300 HC + AMESA HQ with 14 Salary Plans à Ownership of pay plans, and understanding of ALL AMESA pay plans & some of global pay plans basis the resources location.
  • Drive execution of the compensation and benefits related ongoing initiatives in Sector HQ
  • Aid in HR system management and to perform the PMP actions related to TR for Sector HQ Population
  • Own the Fully Loaded cost calculation for cost assumption across levels and pay plans across AMESA
  • Responsibility of building a zero base budget, owning and tracking the AOP for HQ
  • Partner with HR and Global Mobility on international transfers.

Other Major Accountabilities

  • Aid the Sector TR VP & Activation Lead on the capability agenda by assessing the capability needs of the TR team across AMESA
  • Support in engagement agenda for the TR team by ensuring platforms for constant engagement and interaction through TR community connects
  • May lead or participate on special TR projects

Qualifications:

  • Change champion who can lead / partner with BUs in change management for TR wellness/benefits projects
  • Smart innovator who can innovate / create ideas or campaigns that drive the sector agenda but also maximize employee participation from professional and frontline
  • Focus and Get things done fast
  • 56 years of experience in a TR Role
  • Excellent knowledge of FMCG Industry.
  • Ability to take initiatives and strong analytical skills
  • Process and detailed focus.
  • Ability to deal with demanding environment and personalities.
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong Buisness communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without Authority
