    This position providesa crucial role in our customer service experience. Working closelywith our Director of Operations and Field Operations Manager tocultivate long term relationships with our customers. The teammember in this role will be managing existing customers, findingnew opportunities, and attending training and networkingevents.

    • Drivecustomer satisfaction and retention by understanding the individualneeds of our clients
    • Provide excellent serviceand communication in a constructive, courteous manner with a focuson problem solving
    • Promote high standards forcustomer service, safety, and our culture and core values in apositive team environment
    • Provideorganizational management, leadership and communication betweencustomers and the operations team in a professional manor and workcooperatively to find deliverysolutions
    • Manager our Site Inspection processin conjunction with Director of Operations to identify propertymaintenance shortcomings and create enhancementopportunities
    • Create client proposals,contracts, and recommendations and estimates that are designed tomeet each client's objectives are accurately andappropriately priced

    NewBusiness Development

    • Identify new business opportunitiesby cultivating and maintaining business relationships with existingcustomers
    • Actively prospect for potentialclients near your existing customers and pursue new businessrelationships
    • Find and attend training andnetworking events within the industry. Represent thecompany's core values and show the industry what we areabout
