    Country Manager (SEO)


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the SEO strategy for the company in the assigned country.
    • Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility on search engines.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all digital marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze SEO data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase website traffic and conversions.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay updated and make recommendations for SEO enhancements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, including UX/UI, content, and technical aspects.
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO and search engine algorithms.
    • Track and report on key SEO metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
    • Provide SEO training and guidance to team members as needed.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a similar role with a focus on SEO strategy and implementation.
    • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
    • Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic and conversions.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Desired Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the B2B payments or fintech industry.
    • Experience with international SEO and optimizing websites for multiple countries.
    • Knowledge of technical SEO aspects, including website speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
    • Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
    • Understanding of other digital marketing channels and their impact on SEO.
