As a Commission-based Sales Representative for a company specializing in hotel and restaurant supplies, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in the hospitality industry.

You will work independently, managing your own sales territory and building a customer base to achieve sales targets.

This is a commission-based role, where your compensation will be based on your ability to generate sales and close deals.

And also this job can lead to fixed salary and company visa based on a quarter performance.


Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential customers, such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and other hospitality establishments, to generate leads and build a customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Present and demonstrate product offerings to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, utilizing effective sales techniques to overcome objections and achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing aftersales support.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations, sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required by the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to achieve sales objectives and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Maintain accurate record of sales activity, including customer information, sales contracts and invoices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or selling hotel and restaurant supplies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Selfmotivated, resultoriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a commissionbased compensation structure.
• Knowledge of hotel and restaurant supplies, including tableware, kitchen equipment, linens, and other hospitalityrelated products.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry, including an understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Ability to travel within a designated sales territory and possess a valid driver's license.

Salary:
AED3, AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
